"World Consumer Rights Day" is the annual March 15th, which was established by the International Consumers Union in 1983 to expand the promotion of consumer rights protection and make it valued worldwide. To promote cooperation and exchanges between consumer organizations in countries and regions, and better protect consumer rights in the international arena.

The choice of such a day as "International Consumer Rights Day" is also to expand publicity, promote cooperation and exchanges among consumer organizations in various countries, and attract attention in the international arena to promote consumer protection activities. As Luo Dafang Pajin, Chairman of the International Consumers Union, said: “People’s interactions, product exchanges, technology and communication activities, etc., require us to consider and act on a global scale.” She added: “The consumer organizations in each country should be included in the fight for the protection of consumer rights worldwide.” When this struggle continues every day, we choose one day each year so that all parties can hear us. The voice that is made for the consumer and the spiritual drive to work for the task of the future.
