Why should you buy spa from SpaRelax but not other Chinese manufacturers?
As a professional who has been engaged in the production and sales of hot tubs for more than 17 years, I will use a few articles to reveal to you some information that even spa dealers may not know.
Hot Tub made of USA Material:
All our massage bathtubs use American Lucite brand acrylic. People who have experience in making jacuzzi know that only producers with high requirements for craftsmanship can handle Lucite brand acrylic, because compared with other brands of acrylic, Lucite brand acrylic has a higher gloss. Once there are defects in production, even scratches as thin as hair will be particularly obvious and need to be carefully polished before shipment. Other brands of acrylic can cover up some defects well because of their dull color. Obviously, this is friendly to spa producers, but what is sacrificed is the user experience.
One thing that puzzles me recently is why black insulation materials have revived again?
I remember that about ten years ago, this material was rejected by all spa manufacturers because the black insulation material contained a lot of impurities and was made of recycled materials. Once it encountered high temperatures, it would release a lot of harmful substances. Some spa manufacturers completely disregarded the health of users and were only interested in grabbing the market with low prices, which was very dangerous.
We only use the pure PU foam as our first layer basic insulation.
Regarding the hoses that connect the jets, this is a mysterious area.
For the same reason, many spa manufacturers use cheap hoses made of waste materials. When heated water passes through them, harmful substances will be released. These harmful substances will enter the hot tub through the jets with the hot water and adhere to the user's skin, threatening the user's health. There is a very simple way to help you identify whether these hoses are made of waste materials. You only need to cut it with a utility knife and observe its cut surface. If the cut surface is flat, there are no particles of other colors and no pungent odor, it is made of raw materials, otherwise it is made of waste materials. We only use the food grade soft transparent hose as our products are meant to bring happiness to people, not harm.
Regarding the spa surface parts such as jets, water diverters, air switches, and filters, we all use the well-known American brand CMP. In fact, many other hot tub manufacturers use some unknown brand accessories, because of their more choices and much cheaper prices, we can be surely do as this way instead, because many spa dealers don't care about the changes in these details. However, we will not, because we hope that our customers can feel our craftsmanship in all the details.
